Our policy if you have to cancel out of a camp and/or program there’s a $100 administration / cancellation cost that is put forward as a credit toward a future program / camp. If the cancellation is within three weeks of the start of camp for a none medical reason the $100 fee is not eligible to put towards a future camp, and balance is put towards a future camp.
